Dr. Chang graduated from Western University of Health Sciences College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012.
She was the co-chair of the International Veterinary Student Association and orchestrated "International Night", an educational dinner event prompting cultural diversity and awareness in the veterinary field.
Dr. Chang has received multiple outstanding five star reviews for her superior customer service.
As a volunteer for the Feral Cat Coalition in San Diego, Dr. Chang has performed numerous spays and neuters to feral cats in the San Diego area.
