I am a native of Sulphur Springs, Texas where I graduated from Sulphur Springs High School, followed by a degree in Agriculture at Texas Tech University, followed by a Veterinary Degree from Texas A&M University.
I have been practicing in Sulphur Springs for over 30 years.
I am blessed to be back in my home community which has allowed me to raise my family with Pam and our 2 beautiful daughters.
I am presently on the Board of NETBIO Cattle Organization, President of Hopkins County Dairy Festival, Trustee of The Hopkins County Memorial Hospital and member of various professional organizations.
