I was really nervous about bringing my beloved dog in for several hours to total strangers, but I began to feel comfortable right from the very first phone call.
The lady on the phone asked all the right questions about my pup's individual needs, and the ladies behind the counter when I showed up only built that impression of comfort and listening even more.
The appointment was done way sooner than estimated, and when I came to pick her up she had an adorable ribbon with a flower tied around her neck, and I don't think she has ever smelled so clean and felt so soft.
