Dr Hooykaas has been our vet for years.
He has always taken such great care of us and our fur babies! He was even such a great support for us when we had to go through the loss of our Golden Retriever. With our French Bulldog puppy, he is familiar with the quirks of the breed and always keeps our pets healthy and happy! We've been taking our dog, Kona, to Dr. Jeff Hooykaas since she was a puppy.
She's now eleven years old and continues to receive excellent care. Dr. Jeff has a way with animals that is quite remarkable and his office staff will always go out of their way to help. There's no reason to go anywhere other than the Seal Beach Animal Hospital!

Dr. Jeffrey Hooykaas was born in Long Beach, raised in Rossmoor, and now resides in Seal Beach with his wife, two daughters, and adored pets Cheeto & Roxy.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aquatic Biology from UC Santa Barbara, and earned his doctorate at The Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine.
He has enjoyed practicing at Corona Del Mar Animal Hospital for the past 11 years, and is excited to establish his own practice in the city of his residence.
