Dr. Jones-Bailey grew up in Alabama.
Her interests in veterinary medicine started with her love for horses.
She attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia for her undergraduate studies in chemistry and pre-veterinary medicine.
While studying at Berry, she worked at the equestrian center and a local mixed animal hospital, rode on the equestrian team, and participated in several animal related organizations.
