What an amazing experience there is so many wonderful things I can say about this place I was truly blown away with the vibe of every single person caring about myself and my dog. Cori Phinn and Erika Sullenberger are so knowledgeable, nice and are 100% there to give the best care possible. I will forever go to the place even if I have to travel high and far!
Dr. Phinn is an outstanding vet and I recommend her to anyone that wants a professional, caring, thorough and practical partner to assure the optimal welfare of their horse! Dr. Phinn communicates well with both adults and children explaining her treatment program so anyone can understand. Dr. Phinn brings so much knowledge and compassion to her work.
After our horse went through intensive colic surgery at Steinbeck Country Equine Hospital, Dr. Phinn took over full care of him. When Treasure suffered some complications related to the surgery, Dr. Phinn was at our barn within minutes thinking quickly on her feet to diagnose and treat him.

Rehabilitation
Report
A "whole" health approach to your pet's wellness.
We believe in using both ancient medicine and modern science for an integrated health care approach.
What does integrated medicine mean?
Let's use the example of a dog suffering from arthritis.
Traditionally, a pharmaceutical alone would be used to control pain.
Your Doctor practicing integrated medicine may offer anti-inflammatory medication in combination with laser therapy and acupuncture for pain control, supplements to protect cartilage and decrease inflammation and water treadmill therapy for strength, mobility and physical fitness.

Acupuncture
Report
Mild body pathology such as tissue restriction, tight muscles, nerve compression, decreased blood flow and pain exist long before there are debilitating changes such as arthritis, tendonitis and muscle strains.
Your animal can demonstrate these changes by having difficulty rising, decrease in performance or even a change in attitude.
We can recognize and treat these changes using a complete exam, muscle work, mobilization, and acupuncture to effect the nerves, muscles and tissue planes.
Acupuncture requires a detailed knowledge of the patients anatomy and function and is performed by a veterinarian.
