Our mission is to grow and share Woof for Vets' services with military veterans. Veteran's that have not transitioned back to civilian life, often develop an urgent need for restoration that cannot be met with prescription drugs. As a token of our gratitude for your service, we'd be honored to see if we can help find you a dog to brighten you days!

Woof For Vets is a nonprofit organization ran by volunteers and funded by donations.
In the course of our efforts, we drive all over the state to deliver puppies free-of-charge to our Vets.
Sometimes we deliver multiple puppies in a single day, putting hundreds of miles between where we started and where we end up.
Currently we are in serious need of donations to help us deliver puppies to our Veterans across the state.
Any money you can donate for gas and other travel expenses will make a huge difference in our ability to provide our Veterans with their dogs, which in turn can make a huge difference in the life of our Vets.

Are you willing and able to pay for any future medical needs for your pet which can average $1,200/year?
What is your back-up plan for the dog when you are on vacation or suffer from illness or financial difficulties?
Please provide us with references.
We must be able to contact any reference you give us, so make sure their information is correct or this application WILL NOT be approved.
