Dr. Larry Bernstein has been a veterinarian since graduation from the University of Pennsylvania veterinary school in 1977 and has been using alternative medicine since 1991. Many of our cases come from referrals or research done by the owner.

There are so many different perceptions of the term "Holistic", that it is important the reader understand what I mean by that term as it applies to human and veterinary medicine.
There are many other terms people equate with the word "holistic" - some are accurate, and many are only small parts of the "whole."
It is best to think of the term "Holistic" as an umbrella term that covers many different and separate modalities.
