What are your regular business hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Our clinic is closed on Sundays and major holidays including New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
What payment methods do you accept?
We require payment at the time of service and accept cash and most major credit cards. Payment plans or financing options are not currently available.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule appointments by calling us at 970-626-5001 during regular business hours. For cancellations, please notify us 24 hours in advance for exams and 48 hours for procedures.
