A computerized estimate is given for all hospitalized pets and is updated daily so there are no surprises.
Because phone estimates can be misleading, we prefer to have our doctors provide them in the exam room, before the procedure.
All pet records are kept on our computer, with reminders sent out on a timely basis.

Sunshine, also known as "Sunny" was adopted from the Start Program by Dr. Lofaro and his family in August of 2002.
It was 6:00 PM and we received a call that a puppy had fallen out of the cage and was limping on its front leg.
They immediately brought the dog to our hospital and Dr. Lofaro took the case.
The puppy was fine and not even limping, but she seized the opportunity and started snuggling up to Dr. Lofaro and it didn't take long for him to ask if the puppy was already adopted.
Dr. Lofaro took her home that same evening and you could say "she fell out her cage and right into his arms".
