Diagnosis
Report
Your pet's problems cannot be adequately diagnosed over the telephone.
As with your own family physician or dentist, a personal examination is necessary to properly determine the problem and prescribe a program of treatment.
Our policy is one of preventative care for your pet.
Many disease processes can be identified and prevented in their early stages through timely check-ups.
We look forward to helping you maintain the good health of your pet and welcome your opinions and suggestions as to how we might serve you better, as well as your phone calls and questions.

Fees
Report
We can quote fixed fees for standardized services such as vaccinations, office calls, and certain routine surgical procedures.
But for many procedures, particularly in the area of surgery, it is impossible to predict how much time and attention will be required.
Because of these uncertainties it is not possible to determine a fixed charge in advance, although we may be able to make an estimate based on prior similar situations if no complications or unforeseen circumstances arise.
Fees are based on time skills, services rendered, caliber of our personnel, facilities, drugs, and equipment.
