Questions
What happens during a wellness exam?
Our techs gather medical history, then a vet conducts a full physical exam checking for pain, swelling, or abnormalities. Diagnostic tests may be recommended for comprehensive health assessment.
How do you handle emergency vet care?
We provide urgent treatment during business hours for accidents, seizures, and critical conditions. Call ahead for triage assessment and immediate attention upon arrival.
Is microchipping safe for pets?
Yes, microchipping is a quick, painless procedure placing a rice-sized chip under the skin for permanent identification. Most pets don't react to the implant.
What's included in spay/neuter services?
Pre-surgical exam, anesthesia, surgical procedure, pain management, and post-op care instructions. Includes monitoring for proper recovery and follow-up check-ups.
How long do pet vaccines last?
Vaccine duration varies from 1-3 years depending on type. Core vaccines like rabies require regular boosters. We track vaccination schedules to maintain optimal protection.
Is euthanasia painful for pets?
No, the process uses gentle sedatives followed by a painless injection. Our team provides private, compassionate support for pets and owners during this difficult time.
