Kelly came to us summer 2019 while also working at Blue Pearl (emergency and specialty clinic).
She has an extensive history as a CVT for over 10 years; she has worked in emergency, equine, university medicine, specialty practices, and most recently ICU and general practice.
Kelly brings advanced skills and knowledge to our team and now has taken the role of Lead Tech at our clinic.
One of the best things we really enjoy about Kelly is her positive energy, bubbly personality, and passion for veterinary medicine.
Our Services
Report
Preventative care is extremely important for the well-being and safety of our pets.
We provide all core vaccines and testing including Rabies, Distemper, fecal parasite screening and tick disease/heartworm testing.
In addition to the core requirements for pets we also will discuss your pets' lifestyle and what else may be needed to maintain optimal health, these vaccines may include bordetella, lyme, leptospirosis and feline leukemia.
Preventative medicine also means seeing your pet at least once per year until they are around 7 years of age when we will want to see them twice annually to stay ahead of any age changes your pet may begin to develop.

Laser Therapy
Report
One of our newest and increasingly popular services we provide here at SBPH is our cold laser therapy.
It is a treatment that can be used to treat a variety of joint conditions in dogs and cats, as well as other medical conditions (including injuries).
A cold laser is a tool that emits a "non-hot" (low-wattage) beam of laser light.
This type of laser therapy is referred to as cold laser therapy to distinguish it from surgical lasers, which use much higher frequencies to penetrate and reach deeper tissue (Bauhaus, 2020).
