Dental Care
Report
Good oral hygene is not only important for people, but for our pets too!
Bacteria accumulates in plaque on the teeth above the gumline, and can lead to many oral health issues.
Long-term bacteria and plaque can also damage the kidneys, intestinal tracts and even your pet's joints.
A healthy diet and regular teeth cleaning can add years to your pet's life.
We offer dental services such including ultrasonic scaling, polishing, and extractions.
Our doctors and staff have years of experience in animal dental care, and can take care of your pet as well.
In-Clinic Diagnostics
Report
Just as with human medicine, in certain illnesses or surgical events it may be necessary to take a look at your pet's bloodwork prior to the procedure.
Our facility has the ability to run a complete blood count (CBC) to determine the amount of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets present in your pet.
We can also determine how well your pet's organs, including liver and kidneys, are functioning through a blood chemistry analysis.
Finally, we can find and observe your pet's electrolyte levels to determine if fluid therapy is necessary.
Microchipping
Report
Have you ever lost a pet?
It is one of the worst feelings that a pet parent may have to endure.
Today however, there is a much greater chance of your pet returning home if they are microchipped or tattooed.
Each microchip is about the size of a grain of rice, and they are inserted just under your pet's skin between the shoulder blades.
The microchip contains a unique dog or cat code which will positively identify them if they are lost and are taken to a veterinarian or animal shelter.
Radiography
Report
Our hospital is equipped with the most advanced x-ray system available in veterinary medicine today!
Our digital radiography system takes more enhanced images than were available in the past, meaning your pet will be exposed to fewer x-rays and we are even more accurate when we are locating a problem.
In the event that your pet's image needs to be reviewed by a specialist, our system allows us to email the file in seconds, saving valuable time in taking care of your pet.
Our doctors are approved to submit radiographs for OFA Certification of your pet's hips and elbows.
