Our goal is to provide quality health care with compassion and understanding for both our clients and our pets. We are well equipped with three exam rooms, modern surgical suite, separate canine and feline wards, in-house radiology and ultrasound, and full IDEXX laboratory. Four Paws Veterinary Clinic is the only locally owned and operated veterinary clinic in Sauk Prairie.
It is our policy that payment for all professional services be made at the time of service. Our in-house laboratory gives us point-of-care diagnostic ability when we are treating sick or injured pets, and allows us to properly evaluate every surgical case prior to anesthesia. Outside laboratory services augment what our clinic offers and broaden the scope of diagnostic tests that we perform.
Our x-ray machine and automatic processor produce high quality radio-graphs, available for the doctor to review with clients. Using our cold laser, we can help heal old and new injuries, reduce inflammation and soreness from arthritis, and help to alleviate pain after surgery.

Dr. Kelly Gillian received her veterinary degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1988.
Since 1989, Dr. Gillian has been practicing small animal veterinary medicine as well as residing in the Sauk Prairie community.
Establishing Four Paws Veterinary Clinic in 1999, she believes getting to know our clients and pets personally is essential to providing them with the best possible services.
For Dr. Gillian, the most important part of her job is listening to your concerns about your pet's health and addressing those concerns in a timely, professional, and understanding manner.
