Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet.
Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open.
If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.
If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We are offer drop off appointments, curbside appointments, and in person appointments.

Bianca started with us in 2020, and brought experience as both a Veterinary Technician and Veterinary Receptionist.
She quickly formed relationships with clients and is now our Lead Receptionist.
Bianca has a a tortoise named Jumba, a chihuahua named Polly, a little Parvo survivor named Lilo, and she is a Boxer lover!
It is easy to tell when Bianca is here because her laugh makes everyone laugh!
Bryan has been with us since August of 2014.
We were so happy when he found us and was looking for a customer service position in the animal care field.
She quickly formed relationships with clients and is now our Lead Receptionist.

Becky is our Lead Technician, and does incredible work for her patients and clients.
Becky and her husband Barry have 2 daughters, she is pictured here with her Boston Terrier Ruckus.
They also have another Boston named Gus and a cat named Jon.
Sarah joined our team summer of 2011 and has been a wonderful addition to RAH.
Her passion for what she does shows through every day in the care and compassion she provides for all of our patients.
She lives with her husband and daughter and they share their home with 3 dogs, Missy Ray, Dobby and Batman.

In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not offer delayed billing.
2. We accept debit cards, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and cash.
All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. We also accept Care Credit.
If you do not already have a Care Credit account, you can easily apply by clicking the apply now tab below.
Care credit can be used for veterinary services and you can use it for your own doctors and dentist visits.
