Dr. Jessica Ruiz, owner of Weslaco Animal Clinic was born in Austin, Tx and grew up in a small town about 15 - 18 miles southeast of Austin called Lytton Springs.
She graduated from Lockhard High School in 1995.
She attended veterinary school at Texas A&M and received her doctorate in veterinary medicine in 2005.
