Dr. Jim Sexton earned his undergraduate degree (1986) and his medical degree (1990) from The Ohio State University.
Dr. Sexton moved to CA and accepted his first position in Danville. For over twenty years he has served the people and pets of East Bay, practicing exclusively in Alamo since 2000. Dr. Sexton has extensive experience in diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care for companion animals. He has treated countless diseases and has performed thousands of successful elective and non-elective surgeries.
Among his more challenging cases, he has removed a ten pound cancerous spleen from a Labrador Retriever, two-inch diameter rocks from a dog's stomach and intenstine, and one-inch diameter urinary stones from a dog's bladder.
