Questions
What species do you treat?
We treat dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, small mammals, and most pocket pets. We do not treat venomous snakes, sugar gliders, or hedgehogs.
Do you offer emergency care?
Yes, we provide emergency services during regular business hours. For after-hours emergencies, we recommend MedVet Toledo or Dogwood Veterinary Emergency Center.
What are your current operating hours?
Monday, Wednesday-Friday: 8am-5pm, Saturday: 8am-12pm. Closed Tuesday and Sunday.
Can I board my pet?
Yes, we offer boarding for established clients only. Pets must meet vaccination requirements including rabies, distemper, and negative stool sample within six months.
How do you handle appointments during the pandemic?
We offer curbside service with phone check-in. Staff meets clients in the breezeway while maintaining social distancing protocols and enhanced sanitation procedures.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and CareCredit financing. Payment is required at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
