Meet Our Team

Dr. Carleton graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa in 1985.
She then practiced in Iowa, New York, and Florida before moving to Virginia in 1997.
Dr. Carleton's family consists of her husband Ken Molidor, three grown children, Colton (who is now in the Navy), Kara (a 2018 graduate of JMU),a nd Michele Craig (who resides in Colo.).
Besides managing and practicing, she loves movies, reading, and anything to do with horses.
We currently have two technicians on staff: Bobbi Powell, LVT Bobbie came to us in Aug '19 with 30+ years of experience and is full time.
She then practiced in Iowa, New York, and Florida before moving to Virginia in 1997.

Our receptionist and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
We usually have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 5 1/2 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle some urgent care problems your pet may have.
There may be days when a doctor is not available because we are a solo practice.
Emergencies can be things such a snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion.
