She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and a Masters degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Fluent in both English and Spanish, she believes in educating pet owners and providing transparent, personalized treatment plans. I appreciated the convenience, care, and knowledge of the staff during Rusty Olivers sick visit. Dr. Ameyalis was compassionate and took the time to explain Rustys treatment plan.
During the visit, Rusty required an injection to help with his vomiting. Karolyn and Dr. Ameyalis took great care while administering it, even though Rusty was definitely showing he still had some fight left in him!
Im happy to report that Rusty is feeling much better today. His testing was negative for parasites, hes eating again, and were hopeful the medications continue to work.
Im so grateful for the excellent care he received and for the kindness shown to both of us during a stressful time. Who knowsyou all might end up in the next Rusty Oliver childrens book!

Very happy to have a simple clinic that we could take our dog into. To what we thought might be a large splinter between the toes of her paw. Doctor examined her and said it appears she had an injury sometime which we didnt realize and it had just really scabbed over and it was more of a scab there that eventually healed on its own. We just need to keep washing it. She sold us some special type of medicated shampoo $35 to help in the healing. We were very happy with the service, the friendliness of the staff, and the friendliness of the veterinarian and her thorough examination. We didnt realize the shampoo was gonna cost so much otherwise we probably wouldve gone with out that. And bought our own dog medicated shampoo at Petco at a more reasonable price.

I had a great first experience at PetWellClinic in Fort Myers. What a great idea a walk-in pet clinic! The staff was welcoming and wrote down the necessary information. Those waiting to see the veterinarian seemed to be happy with this office. They chatted away while waiting. The doctor was personable, thorough , and knowledgeableanswered all my questions. I didnt feel rushed during the appointment. I was very pleased with the staff also. The girl who trimmed my dogs nails was exceptional ..patient and kind . She checked every nail to make sure it was as she wanted it. The other girl holding my small dog was also re-assuring and compassionate. I left the office feeling happy, satisfied, and knowing what to do to care for my sweet Chihuahua mix.

This place is a phenomenal practice. The doctor and her technicians were extremely thorough, educated and communicative. They addressed all my concerns for my new furry friend. I get the same quality care Petwell Clinic as I do at a traditional veterinary clinic. The prices are very reasonable. I love being able to walk in without having to make an appointment.And the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I rescued a homeless kitten in my neighborhood and decided to keep him as a pet. I took him to Petwell Clinic to get the initial vaccinations and exams. Kitty cat is very happy!

Came in real quick for my cat ash who was having some congestion issue and I wanted him to get a check up. The ladies there were super quick handle my fluffy buddy with absolute care and adored him. They diagnosied him and had the medicine on hand and it wasnt too expensive so Im thankful to have a place nearby to have my cat ash checked on and know he will be taken care of

Theyre so caring and sympathetic to animals. I had brought my cat in because he wasnt eating and sleeping in the litter box. They had us in and out in about 20 minutes. No joke. I would highly recommend this clinic as it is very timely and cheap!!!!! I got all of my cats medication right then and there as well. Thank you Karolyn and everyone!!! He is much better now.
