The hours are very convenient (even Saturday and Sunday hours) and the staff are always able to accommodate my appointment requests.
There is a minimal wait time upon arriving (less than 5 minutes).
I love that Dr. Gregory spends a lot of time with you and your dog and actually performs all aspects of care with the assistance of his technicians (versus some animal hospitals that have the techs who do everything and you spend less than a minute with the doctor).
