Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make, change & cancel appointments.
PLEASE call to cancel 24 hours in advance if you can not make an appointment you have scheduled.
If you cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be given a cancellation number.
Without that number, you will be considered a "no call/no show, or late cancellation" and will be required to place a non-refundable $40 deposit before another appointment can be scheduled.

Puppy Plan Pricing

Our puppy plan is broken into two payments in order to make it easier for clients to afford everything their new puppy needs!
Because multiple exams are included in the puppy plan, the "free new client" exam does not really work.
Of course, you can come in for the free exam and begin the puppy plan later, but plans keep in mind that plans need to be started at 8 weeks old!
IF you do not complete the puppy plan, you will be charged for services rendered at REGULAR prices, not at the discounted "package price" rate and this will be charged to your account.

Canine Wellness Pricing

Our Canine Wellness Plan monthly payment plan and is broken into monthly automatic credit card payments.
The set-up fee of $45.00 will be collected with your first payment.
As long as the plan is continued uninterrupted, then this is a one-time fee.
If the plan is discontinued and begun again, there will be a new set-up fee.
The plan is automatically renewed at the end of each year.
If there are any increases in price because of product pricing, you will be advised of such 30 days prior to renewal.
