TLC is very transparent. All of our pricing is outlined very clearly on our website. There are no hidden fees. Most wellness/vaccination services can be performed on the same day as spay/neuter surgery. A basic wellness exam is included in surgery prices, so you will not have to pay for an additional vet exam if you decide to add on additional services with spay/neuter surgery.
Most vaccinations and other wellness services like heartworm testing can be performed at the time of surgery. We do not require pets to be current on vaccines, but we HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Please understand if your pet is not current on core vaccines, you run the risk of your pet getting sick. It can take up to 2 weeks for vaccines to be effective.

If you are planning on trapping more than one cat, please be courteous and book an appointment.
This is for the safety of the animals.
TLC will only accept 2 feral/community cats per day, per location without an appointment.
We do not perform surgeries on dogs weighing over 115 pounds at any location and on dogs weighing over 80 pounds at our Tomball location.
Texas Litter Control does not perform surgery on high risk animals.
This includes pets who are pregnant (with the exception of feral cats), extremely under or over weight, pets with mange/skin infections, upper respiratory illness, high heartworm positive/heartworm disease.

If your pet is current on his/her rabies shot, you must bring the rabies certificate at CHECK IN.
TLC is required by the State of Texas to give your pet a rabies vaccination if you do not have the certificate.
The tag will not work.
Rabies vaccines are $16.

Please keep your pet indoors the night before surgery to ensure he/she did not get anything to eat.

All spay/neuter surgeries include: A Basic Vet Exam*, 24 Hour NSAIDs Injection During Surgery, 2 Days of NSAIDs (medication for pain and swelling) to take home, and a Found Animals Micro-chip with Lifetime Registration**.

We cut approximately 1/4" to 1/2" of the cats ear.
