Our experienced veterinary care team is excited to welcome you and your pet into our animal care family.
Dr. Caitlin Sacco was born and raised in Syracuse, NY.
She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Niagara University while also playing Division 1 lacrosse.
Since the age of five, Dr. Sacco knew that she wanted to be a veterinarian and was able to fulfill that dream while attending St. George's University on the tropical Caribbean island of Grenada.
She attended her clinical year of veterinary school at Auburn University, AL.

She has worked the majority of her career in specialty medicine and has acquired a wide range of experience including Internal medicine, Oncology, Surgery, and ER/Critical Care.
She has had the pleasure of leading many specialty departments and working with great teams of highly skilled doctors over the years.
Her special interests are teaching and leadership, and she is very excited to have found her new home with Mohnacky Animal Hospital of Vista.
She has worked the majority of her career in specialty medicine and has acquired a wide range of experience including Internal medicine, Oncology, Surgery, and ER/Critical Care.
