We want to thank Dr. Bannister and his team for truly providing Gracey and our family the Gold Standard of Care! From our first visit and especially during Graceys procedure yesterday everyone at Family Tree Animal Clinic have been so professional, compassionate and caring. Everyone has taken the time to listen to our concerns, answer all our questions and make sure we are comfortable with the procedure and treatment.
Their equipment and office is modern, paperless and streamlined which keeps your appointment process very simple. Dr. Bannister is very thorough during his exams and the staff is very knowledgeable. Communication with the Petly portal makes getting information and requesting appointments easy. You can see at a glance what appointments are coming up and any medications that might be needed soon. So thanks to Dr. Bannister, Nicole, Jason, April, Debbie and Julie! We have truly enjoyed getting to know you and Gracey loves you all! We would highly recommend FTAC to anyone looking for the best vet we have ever known!!
