What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and personal checks for payment at the time of service. Payment plans are not currently available.
Are there cancellation fees?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees starting at $25, with potential discharge after three incidents within a year.
Do you care for exotic pets?
Our current practice focuses on dogs and cats. For exotic pet care, we recommend contacting specialized veterinary facilities in the Triangle area.
