We love serving southeast Iowa and genuinely care about the care of your pets and production animals.
The Mediapolis Veterinary Clinic has been in business since 1953 and is currently owned by Dr. Wendy Thomas.
We have two full-time veterinarians providing services to both pets and production animals.
Both of our veterinarians are members of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) as well as the Iowa Veterinary Medical Association (IVMA).

Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet.
Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open as long as we have a room to utilize (we only have two examination rooms so this is not always possible).
If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us immediately.
If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

2. We accept debit cards, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks, and cash.
All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.
Mediapolis Veterinary Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program.
