Our Vision Dr. McCaffrey is one of fewer than 100 veterinarians worldwide who has advanced training and certification in animal hospice and palliative medicine.
She is excited to bring this valuable service to the Bergen and Rockland County region.
After working in the veterinary profession for nearly 15 years, Dr. McCaffrey began to realize that there is a significant gap in senior pet care.
With all of the incredible advances in veterinary medicine over the past decade, she noticed how often pet parents felt lost when their beloved companion received a chronic or terminal diagnosis.
She is excited to bring this valuable service to the Bergen and Rockland County region.

Pet Meadow is our trusted family run pet cemetary, and APLB offers helpful resources for pet owners.
Upon arrival to your home we will be available to explain the procedure and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Before euthanasia takes place your pet will be given an injection beneath the skin to help them relax, this sedative injection will also help to relieve any pain or discomfort they may have.
