Services
Announcements
Report
If you are not feeling well, have a fever, or have traveled outside of the country in the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment (at least 14 days out).
All clients and staff inside the building are required to wear a mask (covering both your mouth and nose).
AT THIS TIME this also applies to vaccinated clients.
Only ONE masked client is allowed inside per patient.
Due to our small building, in order to avoid overcrowding and maintain social distancing, only one individual can accompany the pet into the exam room.
Medicine
Report
Most illnesses requiring medical care are diagnosed via a thorough physical exam and lab work.
We have in-house capabilities for basic lab tests, including pre-anesthetic screening, and an outside lab that provides results for most tests within 24 hours.
We perform and interpret digital radiographs the same day as your visit.
If the medical condition requires further evaluation from a specialist, we have well established relationships with several referral specialists who can finish the diagnostic and treatment process.
Dentistry
Report
Did you know that dental disease, the most common disease of dogs and cats over 3 years old, is more than a cosmetic issue; it can be painful, affect the animal's behavior and appetite, and has been linked to diseases of the heart and kidneys?
We provide dental cleanings under general anesthesia, with pre-anesthetic blood work, extra supplemental heat, and IV fluids to make the procedure as safe as possible for all of our dental patients.
During a dental procedure, we perform a more thorough oral exam than is permitted in an awake dog or cat, including checking all teeth for defects such as fractures, pockets of bone loss, and infection.
Surgery
Report
We offer surgical appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays.
We provide routine surgical care including canine and feline spays/neuters, livestock castrations, growth removals, and other soft tissue surgery based on diagnostics and severity.
If a procedure is outside of our qualifications, we will refer you to the appropriate surgeon.
We provide pain medication for each patient undergoing surgery and offer pre-anesthetic blood work and IV fluids for all of our patients who will receive anesthesia.
Client Information
Report
We strive to promote health through annual physicals, routine vaccinations, monthly deworming and heartworm prevention, and proper flea and tick control.
We do our best to make sure clients are well informed of the latest and best options in the daily care of their pets.
We carry Science Diet, Purina, and Royal Canin prescription diets.
We work to keep our prices on heartworm preventatives and flea and tick products comparable with online pharmacies so that you can find convenience and value right here in your community.
