We ask that all small animal clients remain in their vehicles upon arrival at the clinic, and that they call us to indicate their arrival. A technician will come out to the vehicle to get your pet once they are available. If any questions arise during their procedure, someone will contact you via telephone. Checkout is done over the phone. It is recommended that clients wear masks when interacting with employees in the parking lot.
For some procedures, we are utilizing a drop-off protocol. After dropping off your pet, please be available via telephone in case we need to contact you about your pet. If you or anyone in your household is sick, please make other arrangements for transport of your pet to us, or re-schedule if possible. For large animal appointments that trailer in, the protocol is the same as small animal appointments.
