Services
At Murrayville Veterinary Clinic, we provide top-quality veterinary care, urgent care, boarding, & grooming to pets in the Murrayville, GA community.
Our founder, Dr. Jane White, was the only veterinarian, and the only employee!
Her father, B.V. White, a retired Textile worker, came in for a few hours each afternoon allowing her to perform surgeries.
As the staff grew and the number of patients, so did the need for a bigger building and another veterinarian.
The present property was purchased in 1989 and the building designed to have the look and feel of a home tucked away in the woods.
Regular nose-to-tail wellness exams, early detection, and age-specific assessments help keep your pet healthy.
Many animals are good at hiding signs that something is wrong, so subtle changes in their health or behavior might be overlooked without preventive care.
At Murrayville Veterinary Clinic, our treatment philosophy is aimed at prevention with early diagnosis and treatment.
We would love to partner with you in helping your pet live a long, happy, and healthy life.
Pets cannot tell us how they feel.
Early detection using diagnostic testing provides a complete picture of your pet's health, improving outcomes, and providing baseline results.
Our staff is committed to helping you get a full picture of your pet's health through laboratory and diagnostic testing.
Annual blood testing helps us determine a normal baseline for your pet.
Trending these results over time allows us to diagnose problems early, increasing the likelihood of timely intervention and recovery.
Lab testing can also reveal the presence of certain illnesses or diseases and rule others out.
Our experienced veterinary team provides comprehensive medical care, ranging from routine to advanced procedures and treatments.
Although we handle the majority of your pet's medical and surgical needs in-house, we occasionally refer patients to veterinary specialists or specialty clinics when advanced training or equipment will be beneficial.
Below you will find a list of treatments that we currently offer in-house.
Do you need advice regarding the redirection of unwanted behaviors such as excessive barking, chewing, spraying, scratching, digging, house soiling, or aggression?
From routine to advanced surgical procedures, our practice offers safe and effective options using state-of-the-art equipment and best practices.
At Murrayville Veterinary Clinic, we understand that you are probably nervous about submitting your pet to any type of surgical procedure.
Our compassionate and caring professionals monitor your pet before, during, and after surgery and take exceptional care to ensure your pet's safety and complete recovery.
Spaying or neutering your pet is an important decision for pet owners.
