Animal Medical Center of Plaquemine is a full service veterinary hospital that cares for dogs and cats only in Plaquemine, Louisiana. In order to give every patient the proper consideration and care, doctor evaluations are by appointment only. Drop-off appointments are available for your convenience. Dr. Patrick Thistlethwaite opened the Animal Medical Center of Plaquemine in 1983.
He received his Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1980.
Tammy has worked in the veterinary field for 19 years, gaining experience in all areas of a veterinary practice.
She began her career as a veterinary assistant, and quickly worked her way up to OFFICE MANAGER.
She spends most of her time making sure the daily operations run smoothly and (just to name a few) payroll, accounting and other managerial duties.
