Our Class IV therapeutic laser delivers specific wavelengths of laser light to increase circulation and deliver more oxygen, water and nutrients to tissues.
Physiologic effects can include reduced pain and inflammation, as well as improved tissue healing.
We use this treatment modality for patients with osteoarthritis, soft tissue injuries (especially cruciate ligament tears), surgical sites, and wounds.
Most therapeutic laser effects are cumulative, so the patient may experience improvement with one treatment but continue to improve with further sessions.
