How do I schedule an appointment?
New clients require a $70 deposit and must call (586) 264-8387 to book. Established clients can use our online booking system for regular appointments during our operating hours.
What boarding requirements do you have?
Pets must be up-to-date on rabies, distemper, bordetella, flu vaccines, and parasite prevention. We provide food, bedding, and toys, but welcome personal items to comfort your pet.
Do you offer emergency services?
While we don't have 24/7 emergency care, we provide euthanasia support with our dedicated grieving room. For urgent after-hours care, we recommend contacting local emergency veterinary clinics.
