Dr. Barbara Starr has been practicing small animal medicine and surgery at Noah's Ark Animal Hospital since 1998.
Her goal has always been to provide the highest quality of veterinary care for your pet, in an atmosphere of love and respect, using the best techniques available.
Dr. Starr is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.
In 1986 she graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University.
She is a well respected member of the veterinary community and a regular attendee and contributor to the Southern California Veterinary Accociation's bi-monthly meetings and discussion forums, keeping current in all the latest techniques, technology and advancements in veterinary medicine.

A Well Pet Examination will check your pets growth, check for ear mites and ear infections, listen for abnormalities in the heart and lungs, examine your pets eyes, teeth, skin and coat, we will test for intestinal parasites and discuss the dietary needs and care of your new pet.
De-worming is very important treatment for your new puppy or kitten's health, not only to protect your new pet from intestinal parasites but your family as well.

I have been grooming for about 4 years now and got my certification through PetSmart's Grooming Academy.
I spent 800 + hours in training and that's not including special seminars and personal time that I have taken to advance my knowledge, skills and to ensure that every pet in my care has the best grooming experience possible and so that every pet parent is satisfied with my work.
I Strive to give the city of Fullerton a safe and trusting environment to bring your pets, along with the most beautiful groomings this community deserves!
