We lost Max(our cat)this morning but thanks to Apricot Vet Clinic he was in very good hands. But most importantly all the staff was very compassionate. He was with us for 14 years and we will miss him. I'm glad to know that the clinic is right here in Patterson and would refer pet owners in need of good and sensitive care. Maria has been in the Veterinary industry for more than 12 years.
She attended a volunteer program that was provided by her High School called ROP, in helping out the community but also showing helping them in the future the responsibilities of life.
Since then she loved the being in the field and moved herself up with dedication and love her career in the Veterinary industry.
A few of her responsibilities as our Practice Manager consist of making sure our hospital equipment is functioning accurately and properly, assisting our Doctors, Technicians and Receptionist in the examination, treatment rooms, lobby area, office work and helping with all Client Communication and Supervising our employees to make sure everyone is comfortable, happy, and most importantly, safe!

Dr. Maria Rodriguez was born and raised in Puerto Rico where she completed a bachelor degree on cellular and molecular biology.
She then moved to the island of Grenada, West Indies, and completed her doctorate in veterinary medicine at St George's University.
Dr. Maria Rodriguez and Dr. Sergio Pereira met in veterinary school and started a good friendship which later turned into a beautiful family, with 2 children.
Following Dr. Pereira's existing veterinary business in California, they moved to Patterson so start a new life together.
