We continue to ask that all clients check in by calling our clinic and letting our friendly CSS team know that you have arrived.
When the doctor is ready to see your cat, you will receive a text message or call alerting you to come to the front door by using the ramp side on the right side of our building in our Guilderland office. As there is only one entrance to our Saratoga office, we will be closely monitoring traffic so we do not have people exiting and entering at the same time.
