Clients must wear a mask when entering the building or when utilizing curbside pickup for medication, food or other veterinary products. We are a Fear Free certified Veterinary Clinic. Our goal for your pet is to not have contact with any other pets coming into or going out of the building. We have also instituted separate entrance doors for Cats and Dogs for a Fear Free environment.

We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required.
The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas.

Dr. Steven Aimi was raised in Connecticut and completed his undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at the University of Vermont.
He earned his Doctorate degree from Iowa State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014.
After graduation Dr. Aimi worked as a general practitioner in Corfu, NY.
Dr. Aimi is certified in veterinary acupuncture and will be offering this service for pain relief as well as to help animals with neurologic and musculoskeletal disorders.
In addition to acupuncture, Dr. Aimi has professional interests in surgery, dentistry, behavior, pain management and physical therapy.

In 2013 Dr. Kevin Coughlin, a Rochester native and graduate of University of Michigan purchased the practice.
This provided an opportunity to extend hours and add space in the clinic with a surgery suite.
