Our hospital is located in Blairsville, GA, and has provided advanced veterinary care to dogs, cats and exotics in the North Georgia area since 1994. Animal lovers ourselves, we know the importance of your companion to you. Our doctors and staff are committed to providing the BEST care possible. This commitment includes state of the art equipment and up to date continuing education.

Services
The 6800 square foot facility is located on the same property as the old (now removed) clinic.
It is a new state-of-the-art two story facility.
The lower floor is veterinary specific, with a large reception room, five exam rooms, an intensive care unit, surgery, surgery prep room, isolation room, dental facility, treatment room, and surgery recovery kennels.
A special services room includes radiology, dental radiology, ultrasound and endoscopic capabilities.
There is also an outdoor covered treatment area with stocks for treating the equine patients.
Sandy has been with us for 13 years, She was born and raised in California and met her husband at Pasadena High School.
They have raised two beautiful daughters, and have four amazing grandsons.
Sandy comes from a background of banking, insurance and extensive customer service.
Her family moved to Blairsville 17 years ago and she says she would never move back to the 'big cities'.
She has one dog named Musa, a cat named Percy and a horse named Penny.
David was born in Miami Florida in 1956.
He attended Elementary and Middle School in Miami.
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet.
Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open.
If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.
If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 5 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has.
In 1993, Dr. Kenney graduated from the Veterinary School of Medicine at Auburn University.
She opened the Union County Pet Hospital in 1994 and continues to operate to this day.
She enjoys working with dogs, cats, horses, and exotics, including the odd mouse with delusions of grandeur.
Dr. Kenney enjoys showing her Newfoundland dogs in Conformation classes, Water Rescue, Drafting, and Obedience/Rally.
She is the immediate Past President of the Southeastern Newoundland Club and a board member of the SENC Rescue Inc (Newfoundland Rescue for the Southeast US).
Please welcome Dr. Dwain Zagrocki as our newest addition the to Union County Pet Hospital family.
He started his advetnure as an Associate Veterinarian with us in May of 2013.
Dr. Zagrocki came to us from central Florida.
For the past 26 years, Dr. Zagrocki owned All Animal Hospital in Minneola, FL.
All Care Animal Hospital specialized in cats, dogs, and horses.
Dr. Zagrocki graduated with Departmental Honors and General High Honors from The Citadel, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
He then continued to complete his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida in 1984.
