Dr. Alfred Marshall, a 1971 Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine Graduate, lives on a small horse farm in Clay county NC with his lovely wife Laurie.
He and Laurie have children and grandchildren in Florida & in Clayton, GA.
Dr. Marshall sold his 30 year busy practice in Largo, Florida, and moved to western North Carolina with the intent to retire.
While in Florida Laurie and their daughter successfully competed in AQHA and 4H shows.
Dr. Marshall and Laurie also bred and exhibited miniature schnauzers.
He and Laurie have children and grandchildren in Florida & in Clayton, GA.

Visa, MasterCard, & Discover are available too for client convenience.
All fees must be paid in full at the time the pet is dismissed from the hospital, unless other arrangements have been pre-approved (see payment plan options below).
I understand every effort will be made to achieve a successful outcome and to provide for all possible safety in hospital care and handling.
I hereby authorize this hospital to receive, prescribe for, treat or perform surgery upon the pet(s) listed on the Client Information form.

When you arrive, you will be greeted by our friendly receptionist for check in.

2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash.
All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.
Lake Chatuge Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CARECREDIT program.
