In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.
Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed.

Remember, have good, clear photos on hand just in case, and ALWAYS make sure your dogs and cats are wearing a collar with identification tags.
Microchipping is an excellent form of identification, but always make sure your pet has a visible collar and tags.
If you find your pet is missing, please contact your local animal control office as well as the newspaper to aid in your efforts.
