Welcome to South Shore Animal Hospital, located at 4258 W. Houghton Lake Drive on the south shore of Houghton Lake. South Shore Animal Hospital has served the community since 1978. We recognize that fulfilling our dedication consistently is what brings you back. Consider this a promise from us to you in providing superior client service and patient care.
The time has come! While we are beyond excited to return to normal, we will still have some regulations of our own in place. For now, Masks will need to be worn the entire visit, no exceptions. There are a few reasons for this. First, our spaces are small, enclosed, and have poor ventilation so this is what our team feels the most comfortable with.
We will be revisiting this policy as new information becomes available. At this time only one person per pet will be allowed in the building. We ask that when you arrive you stay in your vehicle and give the office a call, like you have been. One of our technicians will come out to get you and escort you into the building and place you in one of our exam rooms.
