I came to Corning Animal Hospital in 1995 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.
There are many things I enjoy about working here.
Getting to know our patients and clients is a great part of my job and I always treat my patients as if they are my own pets.
Every day is different here and we never get bored!
I love learning new things and putting my experience to work for the benefit of the animals we see and their families.
I'm also fortunate to work with a great group of dedicated professionals who all have the same goal, which is to use their energy and skills to provide excellent animal care and customer service.

Initially I practiced at a mixed animal practice and then two small animal practices before coming to Corning Animal Hospital.
I started in Pulaski and then returned to Corning after my first son was born.
In my spare time I chase after my three sons, husband and dog.
My stress reliever is fitness and running.
I have completed half marathons and six full marathons including Lake Placid, Marine Corps Marathon, Washington Marathon, and The Wine Glass Marathon.

I grew up on a small farm, which is where my love of animals comes from.
We had horses, cows, a donkey, pigs, ducks, and turkeys.
Of course, we always had a dog or two running around.
I love being outdoors.
You will always catch me with a fishing pole in hand and hopefully something at the end of the line.

Nukem thinks he is human, Kimchi is part hyena (jokingly, of course).
Crip and Olive, my cats, are always bringing gifts to the door and they rule the roost.
