Lake Side was established as a privately owned animal hospital in 2007. For over a decade, we have operated as a small animal veterinary hospital providing quality comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care in Central New Hampshire. Our facility includes in-house laboratory, radiology, surgery, pharmacy and acupuncture. Lake Side is more than just an animal hospital; we are a multi-faceted animal care facility, providing numerous services and treatments for our patients.

Dr. Taylor completed her undergraduate studies at the University of New Hampshire, and received her Bachelors of Science in Pre-Veterinary Medicine in May of 1996.
She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Ross University, School of Veterinary Medicine in January of 2000.

We offer a variety of on-site diagnostics, including bloodwork, cytology and digital radiographs.
While we strive to achieve diagnoses' in hospital, depending on what is most appropriate for the circumstances, we may recommend sending out samples for further testing to trusted, off-site diagnostic facilities.

We offer Royal Canin Veterinary Diets at Lake Side Animal Hospital.
These medicated diets are designed to aid in the therapy of certain diseases or conditions, and range from urinary health to weight management.
Certain diets may be recommended by the doctors if the patient has a condition which would benefit from a prescription diet.

We offer a large variety of medications in hospital, both for short courses or routine maintenance.
If we do not carry a preferred or required medication, we will refer to our online pharmacy, VetSource.

We offer acupuncture and herbal therapy to assist in the treatment of multiple conditions, including arthritis, mobility deficits and respiratory function.
Dr. Taylor completed her acupuncture studies at The Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine in Reddick, Florida in December of 2014.
The course consisted of five separate sessions (2 online, 2 on site) for a total of 130 hours of continuing education, as well as having to pass written and practical examinations.
