Here at East Suburban Animal Hospital, we always welcome new clients and patients to our full-service veterinary hospital in the Murrysville/Export area. We serve the greater Pittsburgh area including Murrysville, Westmoreland County, and Allegheny County! East Suburban Animal Hospital has been a part of this community for over 40 years! From the receptionist, to the aides and Drs., all have your pets best interest at heart. Our pets have been going to East Suburban Animal Hospital for over 28 years. I highly recommend East Suburban for the care of your pets. When you arrive you will be greeted warmly as we check you in. We will do our best to make sure you are brought into an examination room as soon as we have one available.
Our goal is to make sure all of our patients are seen on time, but there will be times the occasional unexpected delay due to an emergency or because we are providing care for a patient that needs a little more time.

They are supremely competent professionals who provide outstanding service and care for our cats, but more than that, they are some of the most kind-hearted, caring, and compassionate human beings I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
They treat the furry members of our family, like they are members of THEIR family, and they treat my wife and I with great respect and consideration.
We started bringing our pets there over 13 years ago, and we will never, never, go anywhere else.

After 45 years of providing after hours care for your pets there have been big strides in the standard of care in Veterinary Medicine.
One of which is emergency medicine.
Due to this our on-call service has evolved over time.
While we have always been proud to provide on call service, most calls we receive are pets that need care at a staffed 24/7 hospital.
Please be sure to familiarize yourself with these emergency hospitals, so if the need arises you are prepared.
In most cases we are unable to provide emergency services to non-client/patients.
One of which is emergency medicine.

If your pet requires immediate care and you are unable to pay at that time, please make arrangements with us before hand so that your pet can get the care that it needs.
Unfortunately, expense is often a factor in pet care.
Sometimes laboratory tests or other procedures are needed to make a specific diagnosis.
If this will cause a hardship for you, please let us know.
We may be able to treat your pet symptomatically without the tests.
Be aware, however, that this may not be the most desirable approach because it may reduce the chance that we are using the correct treatment.
