Dr. Irene Houllis Juaristic was born and raised in Tarpon Springs.
After receiving her undergraduate degree in Zoology from the University of Florida, she started working at Anclote Animal Hospital as a veterinary technician in 2007.
While working for Dr. Cochran, she was accepted into the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Florida in 2009.
