Do you offer after-hours care?
We provide 24/7 monitoring for boarding pets but don't offer emergency veterinary services. Our technicians care for boarders four times daily on closed days.
What vaccination records are required for boarding?
Boarding requires up-to-date vaccinations, recent fecal exam results, and flea treatment proof. We can perform these services upon check-in if needed.
How are dental procedures scheduled?
Dental cleanings are scheduled Tuesday-Friday. Pets must have annual exams first. Pre-anesthetic blood work is recommended, especially for older animals.
Can I get flea prevention without an exam?
Flea and heartworm prevention requires a recent veterinary exam. We cannot dispense preventatives without current exam records.
