We know that bringing your pet to the vet for a visit can be a stressful time for them.
Our goal is to make your pet feel less stress during these visits which are why our staff has become Fear Free Certified.
Having staff with Fear Free certifications means that our staff has had specialized training that aims to alleviate stress, anxiety, and fear while your pet is at our clinic.
Giving treats to help distract.
Did you notice we give out treats like candy?
This is done purposefully to help distract your pet from what scares them.
At Crossroads Animal Hospital we accept numerous forms of payment, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) debit cards, cash, and Care Credit.
We are also happy to assist with submitting claims to your pet's insurance company.
We do not offer payment plans.
Pet insurance has come a long way in the past several years and now offers a great way for you to protect your pet's health.
Two of the leaders in national pet insurance plans are Trupanion and Pet Plan, but there are several options for pet owners.
At Crossroads Animal Hospital we employ caring and knowledgeable staff that support the bond between owners and their pets by providing top-level veterinary care.
The relationships between people and their four-legged family members deserve the highest level of respect and compassion, as they can represent some of the most important ones in a person's life.
Our pets bring us great happiness while asking very little of us in return.
Their simple needs of love, food, water, shelter, and quality veterinary care are all they require for long, happy lives.
Preventative care is a pet's first line of defense against illness and injury.
Scheduling regular exams for your pets allow us to prevent, diagnose and treat disease in its early stages, often before you notice any symptoms.
Treatment is more effective when it starts earlier, so preventative care helps your pet live a long and healthy life with you.
Semi-Annual Veterinary Exams: Our comprehensive exams evaluate a variety of health areas including: temperature, eyes, ears, skin, coat, lung and chest health, internal health, oral hygiene and visual responsiveness.
