What are your regular business hours?
We're open Monday-Friday 8AM-5:30PM, Saturday 8AM-11:30AM. Closed Sundays. Drop-off/pickup available until 6PM weekdays and noon Saturdays.
Do you offer 24-hour emergency care?
We refer after-hours emergencies to three partner clinics operating 24/7. Our staff can help connect you with the nearest location during emergencies.
What boarding requirements do you have?
Boarding pets must have current vaccinations including Rabies, Bordetella (every 6 months), DHPP for dogs, and FVRCP for cats. Parasite-free status is required.
Are grooming services available?
Yes, our Fear Free-certified groomers Melissa and Elisha offer bathing and grooming by appointment. Services require up-to-date vaccinations and parasite control.
Do you accept pet insurance?
We accept CareCredit, ScratchPay, and major credit cards. While we don't bill insurance directly, we provide documentation for potential reimbursement through your provider.
